Mr. Kuldeep Gupta is a renowned energy expert with two decades of experience, recognized with the Future Energy Leader Award – Middle East and for leading the Best R&D Company in 2024 and 2022. He is the author of A Journey from Black Gold to White Gold: Oil to Lithium, exploring the shift from fossil fuels to sustainable energy.
With the escalating climate crisis, he pivoted toward green energy, spearheading India’s first Gigafactory and securing the world’s largest standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) contract in 2023. He also played a key role in securing India’s largest battery pack supply contract for electric three-wheelers.
Known for his bold stance on green transition, Mr. Gupta has spoken at global conferences and gained recognition for his fearless articles on sustainability. His career spans work in war-torn regions like Libya and remote oil-producing nations such as Gabon, where he contributed to increasing oil output and economic growth.

Mr. Rajeev Dubey

Mr. Rajeev brings over 30 years of experience in the Solar and Wind Energy sectors. He has successfully delivered numerous renewable energy projects from concept to commissioning and has worked closely with leading industry players such as INOX and GEMSA for the procurement of wind turbines.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rajeev has collaborated extensively with the governments of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, securing multiple solar power projects under their respective programs. His deep understanding of government policies from CEA and upcoming trends in the power sector positions him as a highly experienced and strategic professional in the energy industry.
